American Visitor. Service Excellence here. Everything has been layed out and well thought out for the needs of the guest. Everything you would want as a international visitor is there. They are CLEAN. You can feel the cleanliness in the apartment. You feel the safety. Its like a home away from home. Staff are trained and operate on a well planned system. Very good culture at Shakespeare. Cleaning people are assigned each day, laundry twice a week, secure entrance. They are all professional and productive. Swimming pool and gym. Restaurant, gas station, currency exchange, atm, strip mall 2 minute walk. Perfect location and superb services. My second visit I came almost midnight and they allowed me to stay without a prior reservation and extended the courtesy of allowing me to pay next day as I hadn't been able to do currency exchange and it was late and the office was closed. Stove, microwave, fridge, dinnerware, cookware, air conditioner, patio, parking, WIFI. beautiful scenery and great environment. You can tell the local staff (zambians) are happy and there is sense of high morale. This is not the case in most other local hotels.They have a variety of apartment options to meet varying needs of travelers. You can tell they care about the service experience of guest. I've stayed in many other local hotels and they are the best. I ALSO needed dependable WIFI to work remotely with data and reporting. Great Job Shakespeare. Starting a non profit and wanted to do mission work in Zambia. This was a great economical stay for me while I explored opportunities to serve here. 1h

It’s conveniently located to everything one May need. The range of services are great especially the laundry pickup and delivery. The internet service is awesome and reliable. Security is guaranteed. The interior of the apartments need more care and work wrt Maintainance. The outdoors are excellent but the indoors need help from fumigating to just cleaning. Otherwise I enjoyed the accommodation flexibility and provision of extra mattresses when I needed them.
The bed was in bad condition. It was making a lot of squeaking noise, odour from the toilet, the melting ice from the fridge made the whole kitchen wet. I reported the issues to the receptionist guy .He said someone will come and check the fridge and bed . Noone turned up
Special mention to the security and cleaners always welcoming. Keep those warm smiles
I appeal to the management to work extra hard for the better. Thank you for accommodating us .
