Disappointing Stay - No Electricity, No hot water and Poor Service
I booked a 4-day stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was not informed that there was no electricity, which lasted for two days—on the first and third days of my stay. Even worse, no one at reception briefed me on how things worked in the room. The staff member simply walked me to my room and left me in the dark—literally.
In room 18, the toilet did not flush properly, which was quite inconvenient. The aircon doesn't function. Additionally, there were no pillowcases on the bed, which is unacceptable in any hotel.
Breakfast was a disappointment as well. Despite arriving at 08:30 (well within the 10:00 cutoff), most of the food was already gone, and I was greeted by empty trays and flies allover the place. The coffee offered was "Recoffy", and the hotel used a manual hot water dispenser. For a hotel, I strongly suggest investing in a proper coffee machine.
Overall, my experience was extremely underwhelming, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its service and amenities.
The showers and toilets are old and non functional. There was noise the whole night and despite Lodging a complaint, nothing was done.However the rooms are big. Not hotel standard at all .Definitely not coming back!!!!!
I would love to give this place 5 stars, the customer service was amazing, unfortunately the gym staff want the gym to be their own personal night club and you can hear the music in the rooms and at the pool. The manager told them to turn it down several times....then they would turn it back up. Sorry for the boss. Food is amazing...30 minutes....and its affordable....pool is clean staff were so kind and friendly
